Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products may be new or slightly used.
- Items must not be excessively damaged or misused.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How To Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@sweetsym.com with your order number.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@sweetsym.com and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
